SER (Swiss Exchange Regulation) / SIX · SIX Swiss Exchange · CHF
19+ TRANSACTIONSSwitzerland isn't in the EU, but it plays by similar rules when it comes to insider transaction transparency. The SIX Swiss Exchange hosts some of the world's most valuable companies — Nestlé, Roche, Novartis — and management transactions are disclosed through SER. The dataset is smaller than other markets, but the companies involved are among the highest quality in the world.
SER publishes management transaction notifications on ser-ag.com. While Switzerland follows its own regulatory framework rather than EU MAR, the disclosure requirements are equivalent in practice. Transactions are reported in CHF (Swiss Francs), and cover board members and senior management of SIX-listed companies.
We scrape SER's notification register daily, capturing management transactions for SIX-listed companies. Each record includes the insider's details, company name, transaction type, volume, price in CHF, and total value. The transaction count is smaller than other markets, but the quality and significance of the companies involved makes every filing noteworthy.
The SMI is concentrated in pharmaceuticals, banking, food, insurance, and luxury goods — sectors where competitive advantages are deep and durable. When a Nestlé board member or Roche executive is buying shares, they have insight into businesses that generate billions in free cash flow. Swiss insider transactions are rare, which actually makes each one more interesting.
We cover insider activity at SIX-listed companies including SMI constituents like Nestlé, Roche, Novartis, UBS, Zurich Insurance, and Richemont — some of the highest-quality businesses in the world.
