These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Insider Transaction Terminal website at insidertransactionterminal.com ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Insider Transaction Terminal provides a dashboard displaying publicly available PDMR (Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities) transaction data collected from European financial regulators. The data is sourced from official regulatory filings and is publicly available information.

2. Subscription and Payments

Access to the full dataset requires a paid subscription at €5 per month. A limited preview (the 3 most recent transactions) is available without a subscription.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe a refund is warranted.

3. Account and Access

Accounts are created automatically when you subscribe. Access is provided via magic link authentication — a secure, passwordless login sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

Each subscription is for individual use. You may not share your account or login links with others.

4. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

The data provided on this platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy or sell securities.

• Transaction data is collected from publicly available regulatory sources using automated processes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free.
• You should always verify information with the original regulatory source before making any investment decisions.
• We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of data provided by this Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, branding, and presentation are the property of Insider Transaction Terminal. The underlying transaction data is sourced from public regulatory filings and remains in the public domain.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insider Transaction Terminal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
