Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) · Euronext Brussels (EBR) · EUR
New TRANSACTIONSBelgium might be a smaller market, but Euronext Brussels hosts some globally significant companies — from the world's largest brewer to major chemical and pharmaceutical players. The FSMA publishes insider transactions in Dutch, French, and English, reflecting Belgium's multilingual character. We handle all three.
The FSMA publishes insider notifications through its transaction search portal at fsma.be. Each filing is a detail page with labeled fields — but the structure varies between table rows, definition lists, and Drupal field classes, and field labels appear in Dutch, French, or English depending on the filing. We parse all three formats automatically. Belgian number formatting (dots for thousands, comma for decimals) adds another layer of fun, but we handle that too.
We monitor the FSMA transaction search portal daily, fetching each detail page and extracting the structured data. Each transaction includes the insider's name (Naam meldplichtige), company (Emittent), transaction type (Soort transactie), volume, price, and total value in EUR.
Don't let Belgium's size fool you. AB InBev is the world's largest brewer. UCB is a major biotech player. Solvay is a chemicals giant. KBC is one of Europe's strongest banks. Belgian companies tend to fly under the radar of most international investors, which means the insider signals here can be especially valuable — less crowded trades, more genuine information edge.
We track insider activity at EBR-listed companies including BEL 20 members like AB InBev, KBC Group, UCB, Solvay, and Ageas — global companies listed on what many investors overlook as a 'small' exchange.
