About Poland Insider Trading

Poland has the largest stock exchange in Central and Eastern Europe. The Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych, or GPW) lists over 400 companies and serves as the financial hub for the entire region. Polish insider trading data gives you exposure to one of Europe's fastest-growing economies — a market that many Western investors overlook entirely, which is exactly where the best opportunities tend to hide.

The KNF Regulator

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego, or KNF) oversees insider transaction disclosures for companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Poland adopted EU MAR regulations, requiring insiders to disclose their trades within three business days. KNF maintains a public register of these notifications, providing transparency into what company executives are doing with their own money.

What We Track

We monitor KNF's insider transaction disclosures daily, capturing every reported insider buy and sell. Each record includes the insider's name and role, company, transaction type, volume, price in PLN, and total value. We filter out options exercises, stock awards, and compensation-related transactions to focus exclusively on real market purchases and sales — the high-conviction signals that matter.

Why Poland Insider Trading Data Matters

Poland's economy has been one of Europe's strongest performers over the past two decades — the only EU country that avoided recession during the 2008 financial crisis. The WIG20 index includes major banks (PKO BP, Pekao), energy companies (PKN Orlen, PGNiG), and tech-driven retailers (Allegro, CD Projekt). CD Projekt alone put Polish equities on the global map. When insiders at these companies buy shares, they're betting on an economy that consistently outperforms its Western European peers on GDP growth.

Companies Covered

We track insider trading activity across the Warsaw Stock Exchange — from WIG20 blue chips like PKO BP, PKN Orlen, Allegro, CD Projekt, and KGHM to the dynamic Polish mid-caps in fintech, gaming, and e-commerce where insider signals can be especially meaningful.
